These General Conditions represent the set of reciprocal commitments undertaken by DEMETRA INTERNATIONAL sarl and by the Customer who hereby expressly accepts them.<\/p>\n

DEMETRA INTERNATIONAL sarl reserves the right to modify these conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the buyer's order.<\/p>\n

3 \u2013 Characteristics of the products and services offered<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Customer can select one or more products from the different categories offered on the Site.<\/p>\n

The Customer acknowledges that the content of the Site is subject to change and DEMETRA INTERNATIONAL sarl reserves the right to modify the assortment of products offered on the Site at any time, without prejudice to the orders placed by the Customer.<\/p>\n

Before placing an order, the Customer can find on the Site a description of the essential characteristics of the product(s) he wishes to order.<\/p>\n

The Customer acknowledges that the products offered on the Site may differ from those offered in physical stores that offer our products for sale.<\/p>\n

The products are offered as long as they are visible on the Site and while stocks last.<\/p>\n

During the execution of his order, the Customer will be promptly informed by e-mail in the event that the ordered product is not available.<\/p>\n

The Customer will not be charged for these products. The order will be automatically canceled and no bank debit will be made.<\/p>\n

4 \u2013 Prices<\/strong><\/p>\n

The prices indicated on the site are prices to the public including VAT.<\/p>\n

DEMETRA INTERNATIONAL sarl reserves the right to change its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price indicated in the online catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer, barring manifest error, and subject to the availability of the product on that date.<\/p>\n

The product offer and the prices are valid as long as they are visible on the Site.<\/p>\n

The Customer acknowledges and accepts that the selling price of the product depends on the country of delivery.<\/p>\n

In the event that DEMETRA INTERNATIONAL sarl has not referred to the country of delivery of the Customer on the day of the order, the Customer acknowledges and accepts that the sale price of the product results from the conversion of the price indicated on the Site into the currency of the country of delivery of the product using the exchange rate in effect at the time of order confirmation.<\/p>\n

If the payment card used by the Customer applies a currency other than that indicated on the invoice, the final sale price of the products will result from the conversion of the price indicated on the invoice into the currency applicable to the Customer's payment card using the exchange rate at the time the payment card issuer processes the transaction.<\/p>\n

The prices indicated include all taxes (VAT and other taxes applicable on the day of the order), unless otherwise specified and exclude delivery, processing and shipping costs.<\/p>\n

If your credit\/debit card is not in the currency indicated on the invoice, the final price is calculated based on the exchange rate prevailing on the day the card issuer processes the transaction.<\/p>\n

The prices of the products indicated on the site are net of delivery costs, unless otherwise indicated.<\/p>\n

Delivery costs are calculated based on the customer's country of delivery and are detailed on the summary page of your order.<\/p>\n

The products remain the property of DEMETRA INTERNATIONAL sarl until full payment of the price by the customer.<\/p>\n

However, the risks of loss or damage to the products are transferred to the Customer from the date of receipt of the ordered products.<\/p>\n

5 \u2013 Order<\/strong><\/p>\n

Any order placed on the Site presupposes the express acceptance of these GCS, without this acceptance being conditional on the Customer's written signature.<\/p>\n

The Customer declares to have full knowledge of all the information provided and the recorded confirmation constitutes proof of the successful transaction.<\/p>\n

The order confirmation constitutes signature and acceptance of the transactions made.<\/p>\n

To place any order, the Customer must create a customer account.<\/p>\n

Once this account has been created, the Customer can access his personal customer space.<\/p>\n

To connect to this personal space, the Customer must identify himself using the email address indicated when creating the account and the personal secret password chosen.<\/p>\n

DEMETRA INTERNATIONAL sarl cannot be held responsible for any action performed on the Client's account by third parties to whom the Client has provided his\/her identifiers or who have accessed the account due to the Client's negligence.<\/p>\n

The Customer accepts that the information provided when ordering is complete, accurate and up-to-date.<\/p>\n

Otherwise DEMETRA INTERNATIONAL sarl reserves the right to purely and simply cancel the order.<\/p>\n

The order can be shipped to a delivery address different from the billing address.<\/p>\n

Orders are binding for the Customer once the latter has confirmed the payment by clicking on \"Confirm\".<\/p>\n

After receiving an order, DEMETRA INTERNATIONAL sarl will send the Customer the order confirmation by e-mail containing the order summary, the order number and will then complete the order confirmation by sending an e-mail confirming the 'order. These emails will be sent to the address you provided when opening your customer account.<\/p>\n

DEMETRA INTERNATIONAL sarl reserves the right to cancel and refund the payment of an order for any legitimate reason, in particular in the event of supply problems and difficulties concerning the order received.<\/p>\n

When the Customer places an order on the Site, an order confirmation is automatically sent to him containing the details and prices of the items ordered to the email address provided during the ordering process.<\/p>\n
