The warranty validity starts, for each item, from the purchasing date, which is confirmed on the receipt of sale issued by the official retailer. The Duration of the warranty is 24 months.
For the indicated period of validity Demetra International Sarl guarantees the quality of its products and the absence of any manufacturing defects; exercising the warranty does not waive the obligation to pay for the jewel. The warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of products.
The warranty excludes: aesthetic parts of the product damaged by persons and objects, for example falls, impacts, slips or any tampering or modifications carried out by third parties or due to accidents.
Performance of the warranty is subject to delivery of the defective product to the retailer who sold the product.
Product repair will be carried out in a time as shorter as possible, though not less than 10 working days for Italy and 20 working days for other Countries. If Demetra International Sarl feels, in its inalienable judgment, that it cannot effectively carry out the repair work, the purchaser will have the right to replace the jewell with another identical or corresponding one.
It is hereby declared that DEMETRA International Sarl distributes products items in 18 kt gold - Alloy T094-04 - conforming to European Standard UNI ENI1811: 2011 on the release of nickel ug/cm2 0.002 / week Ref value <0,11/0,28> The diamonds used are not from illegal sources or activities involved in funding conflicts, as declared in written guarantees issued from our suppliers.
